Renting Your Property

We help landlords and tenants come together.   For our landlord clients, we make condition recommendations, market the property for rent, coordinate showings, and obtain rental applications from prospective tenants.   We process the applications using an Equifax product that provides a credit report as well as criminal and eviction background checks.   We prepare the lease once a tenant is accepted.
