I am a Realtor and take additional Continuing Education training and tests and have joined the National Association of Realtors (go to NAR site). I adhere to a strict code of ethics and standards of practice. (view code of Ethics). Realtors have higher levels of training, more overall experience and are dedicated to the Real Estate Profession as a full time job. As a result, Realtors have additional insight and practices that give Realtors the edge to perform to a higher level of standards, directly benefitting you.
