Guarantee Sale

Many of our clients need help selling their existing home so that they can purchase a new home.   The Guarantee Sale program that enables one to move forward as a non-contingent buyer.  While we can customize this program to work with virtually any home seller, it is most frequently use with clients purchasing brand new homes.  An other application is for family members liquidating an estate property and needing a hard end date for the sale.
